Service Description
Our Paint Me Glaze Me sessions take place on Saturdays in our Pottery in Crawfordsburn, 24 Main Street. They are £25 per person- price includes pottery item, paints, firing of your item and a drink of choice. We have a selection of pottery items available to be painted, all items are made in house. We will take you through the process of how to decorate with engobes and create your very own unique design. 10.30- 11.30 Flexible arriving time. The Painting sessions take around 1 hour to 1.5 hours. After the session we will glaze the items for you. The firing process can take some time, items will be ready for collection within 2-4 weeks. All items will be food, dishwasher and microwave safe after firing. We can arrange Painting parties for larger groups during the week Tuesdays- Saturdays please email us with your enquiry. Children under the age of 12 have to be accompanied by an adult. CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that we have a 7 days notice policy for rescheduling or cancelling bookings. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded, unless your place can be filled POTTERY COLLECTION: All Pottery items made in one of our classes will be kept in the pottery for collection up to 3 months after you have been contacted. Shipping can be arranged for a small surcharge. Please get in contact with the manager via email potterystaff@loafcatering.com Due to limited space we are unable to store any uncollected items longer than 3 months.

Cancellation Policy
You can pay for your class by debit or credit card online using Stripe. Changes to your booking - Each time a change is made to your Pottery Event Booking we charge an administration fee of £5 per person. You should pay this in advance via payment link which will be sent to your booking email address. If you have any questions go to https://www.loafcatering.com/events-faqs All classes and events must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Please make us aware of any special requirements or requests at the time of booking by emailing pottery@loafcatering.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please be aware that this may not always be possible.
